Reload the VoiceGuides + Music on hold on the CPU6

All those commands that we don't really use very often, but that we should ! Documented or not, they worth it !

Reload the VoiceGuides + Music on hold on the CPU6

Check the position of the main cpu with twin.
If the result for example is 20 then do a

rstdspcpl 0 20 1 -r

and don't forget to do a incout -3 before to get the errors messages on your screen.
This can take several minutes. THE MUSIC ON HOLD ON CPU CAN TAKE UP TO 20 MINUTES TO RELOAD !

Has this command any effect on the running calls ? In other word, is there any interruption of the calls ?
