ethctl command

The ethctl command is used to configure the embedded Ethernet connection and the external Ethernet connection.

This command is available once the system has started; telephony does not need to be running.

in cpu7
ethctl –m <mode>

This command is used to select the external Ethernet link operating mode.

(1)> ethctl —m <mode>

Where the mode has one of the following values:

auto: Operation in auto-negotiation mode

10 half: Operation in 10Mbits/half duplex mode

100 half: Operation in 100Mbits/half duplex mode

10 full: Operation in 10Mbits/full duplex mode

100 full: Operation in 100Mbits/full duplex mode
