SSID not showing on AP 225.

Hello, we are configuring the ALcatel 225 Access points. After an initial setup through console connection, we are able to set ip address. Then we use web interface to create a new SSID, but this new SSID cannot be seen by any wireless device, even though the Hidded SSID feature is not enabled for it.
Can anyone give us a hand with this issue? We have tried rebooting and also factory resetting the AP, but with no luck.
