Is it one phone only, or all phones ?

Just an idea

try to give static ip configuration and if the phone gets in service then give DHCP.The phone must download cfg file from the pbx. I had this problem in the past and i solve it this way. There is a tftp option in controller that must be provided to the DHCP request to allow tftp download to get this file .i suppose thats why show connecting..

Solved,
There's no return path in the router between the 2 network

Thanks
