OV2500 Server Migration

Hi,

I am trying to do OV server migration from (v3.4.2) to the latest release 3.5.7or 4.1x

I know I will need to do a perform Server backup to backup the database.

Do I need to perform step upgrade from 3.4.2 --> 3.5.2 and export its configuration files?
Then import the configuration files into 3.5.2 and upgrade to 3.5.5 --> 3.5.7

For any document guide to do server migration.

Pls advice.
