OV2500 web login

hi,i already new install the ov2500 4.2
but i can't login the ov2500 from web,it is show "Login failed"
I'm sure my cliadmin password is correct

how to check this issue

The login via web is not the same like cliadmin. There are a default user "admin" with same default password like all the omniswitches.
