Non unanswered calls after incoming greeting guide

Hello all,
this one is very tricky!!
Does anynone knows how to get non answered calls after an incoming greeting guide?
Here's my setup:

A direct number to an incoming greeting guide and it routes the call to an user set. The problem is that if no one answered the call when it's ringing on the terminal, i got no information on the terminal telling me that there is an unanswered calls.
If i remove the incoming greeting guide it works perfect, the terminal shows the unanswered calls.

Can anyone help me, please?

Good question the one from Sadim. I can tell you that we run 10.1.1 and the missed calls are available even if the caller abandons while the voice guide is played.
