Transfer Dynamic Message - FTP Failed!

Post by ahakim »

Hello,

We have been trying for some time to update the welcome message on our OmniPCX using AAS,
We followed the procedures as described in topics like:
https://www.alcatelunleashed.com/viewtopic.php?t=242
http://www.alcatelunleashed.com/viewtop ... 5&start=10

We convert the wav file as required, we create a new project, add the file with id 225 then compile the project.
But when we need to transfer using the "VoiceGuidesTFR" tool as soon as we add the IP and click connect and enter the password(before we have the change to select the file)
we receive the following 2 errors:
"The FTP file copy failed!" then "Impossible de trouver un finchier non nommé"

and the log shows the following:
Checking the CPU: Connection
Checking the CPU: Connection OK
The host CPU is MAIN
Connected to host
The FTP file copy failed!
Transfer canceled
then we select the type as 4400T, it shows automatically the directory "/DHS3ext/vg/pc"
we click on "Transfer file(s) to OmniPCX" and select the .vpr file we compiled, then we receive the error "The FTP file copy failed!" with the log showing:
Connected to Host Directory
Connected to Host Directory
Connected to Host Directory
Transfer files ... Please wait
The FTP file copy failed!
Transfer canceled
1 C:\Users\ahakim\Desktop\Auto-Attendant Message\wel2\wel2\225_wn2.wav to 225_wn2
Transfer completed
Exploring host : /DHS3ext/vg/pc
Connected to Host Directory
Checking the CPU: Connection
and nothing is transferred to the server.
We made sure we were able to connect to the server using Filzilla ftp with the same password and it works fine, we were even able to upload files to the same mentioned directory. So it is not a permissions issue.

What we are missing? how can we transfer the wav file?

Please help!
Thanks,
Ayman
