Route Calls to Survey IVR

Hi everybody,

We are going to implement a Survey IVR. We are interested to transfer the call to IVR extension after call is terminated (onhook) by Agent.

Is there any way or configuration to do this call routing?

We have CSTA access to calls on OXE Release 12.

When you say IVR are you transferring to Internal AA or to an external company??
I have completed Back to Back trunks before to complete a disclaimer event for a customer which bascially makes a conference..

A little bit more info would be great
