voice guide on busy hunting grou
Hi colleagues,
I have a question about playing a voice guide on busy set.
I have the following case:
The customer has prefix 3000, which is entity call (the prefix is DDI number)
In the entity, we have day routing to attendant and night routing to parallel hunting group.
In the hunting grou we have two sets.
The customer gave us the voice guide, and they want this voice guide to play if boath sets in the hunting group are busy.
Does anyone have an idea, how to make the configuration, to play the voice guide if boath sets in hunting group are busy? (the customer does not have integrated automated attendant or 4635 voice mail).

Is there any message from OXE by default on that scenario? If so upload your voice guide and then replace the VG index for your own VG.

No, there is no message right now. I have to make the configuration from the beginning.
Any idea, how to do that. I am thinking to make this somehow with using the forwarding on busy to the incoming greeting guide. But I don't know how to that yet.

You cannot have VG's on a Hunt group!!! CCD is the way

I can only think on a CTI monitoring the hunt group... very expensive solution for that job.

Create an incoming greeting guide with your busy message and route it to your entity. In night 1st option hunt group second option incoming greeting guide prefix (defined in prefix plan). When hunt group busy overflow to incoming greeting--->play guide--->entity call ;if one user free call user if not overflow again to message and so on.

Reviving this old topic... I have a requirement to play a voice guide if all hunt group members are busy and as soon as one of the member become free call should be routed... will the solution provided by tot3nkopf will work in my case? I am having OXE 12.0

No FIFO, no voice guide interruption... So no, you need CCD.
