release upgradation

only .SWK file is enough to release up gradation?
if not then whol new OPS is required?

it is alwasys best to use the whole OPS as files in it are used for memory allocation. swk only has license locks but no other system information. the upgrade can be bone with just swk but i would not recommend it.
