0276 error and twin is broken

Hi~

I installing the duplication call server and operating during2 months.

but I found call server duplication is broken now.

so I search for why duplication broken .

when I check until 16/02/12 13:50:41 is normal. but come to think of it call sever is broken.

I think 0276 error is concern with.

why do that cause the problem ?

Have you checked to see if the telephone is running on both Call Servers in swinst?

Check at first IP connection, netadmin, ethernet cables (check incidents on slave CS too - may be duplicated IP address).

About incident 276 - this incident say - your 4760 server not retrive accounting more then 24 days (default accounting management - 31 days of storage, incident if 60%) - may be the same problem - problem with IP LAN.

I had been check the duplicated ip. so I was fixing and normal status change. but again problem.

the IP is only thing use.... why?

hm.. anyway I'll check again to OXE server.

I reinstalled the standby server. so twin is ok.

but I wanna know Why is broken twin ?

so I attached the log before twin status broken.

I hope know why had been broken.

Hi. If one of the serves reboot, it will start without the telephony application working. So the normal procedure, is to check with the call server reboots, then to login into the call server that reboots, copy the DB from the MAIN call server and start the Tlephone App again. Regards

Looks like you have problem with IP network. Lost connection between CPU, both CPU now in role MAIN (you have duplicated IP address - incident 1510).
Show incidents from stand-by cpu.

About network - both CPU connected to the same switch?

oxe server lack is L2 switch 2EA configuration.
cause backbone is connected with L2 switch. and Each OXE server is Ethernet redundancy.

Active OXE Ethernet first port is connected l2 switch No.1 and Active OXE Ethernet second port connectd L2 switch No.2.

standby oxe server is same configuration.
