issue with latest R9.1 605.38

Hello Guys
these is thescenario:
in duplicated CPU7.1 with r 9.1 605.21 environement i performe upgrade to R9.1 605 38 on the stand-by cpu every thing seem gone fine till the end of installation . pc istaller says installation succed but in the cpu there is a fault at the end and never start again.the COMA DO NOT WORK

did you make the installation with right pc installer provided in the delivery?

Of corse i do PC ? installer 2.24 .
issu is solved by moving cpu from owner site to another one and job completly finish a cpu is working , i thin the problem was in the coma of cbrma ,or main cpu was stopping the other cpu when DIFFERENT static patch was detected .
now both cpus are running in r9.1 i605 38 .
