Alcatel Onetouch

hi anyone has an idea how can i install android sdk on my alcatel onetouch phone? i bought this 2nd-hand, i think the previous owner uninstalled it. i cannot install apps to my sd card. and even i update one application it cannot finish the update because there isn't much phone memory to accommodated the file size being updated. anyone please can help me? i would really appreciate evryone's suggestions and help.
