how did you install Linux Mandrake?

The PC Installer tool should install everything for you.

sorry monoestable but you did not answer the question we posed specifically...

Exactly how did you get Linux on the appliance server?

Did you...

A) Load Linux manually using Linux OS installation procedure
or
B) Load it using the Alcatel-Lucent PC Installer application

Your response A) or B) will tell us enough to reply to you with specific help

OK, well in that case the Linux and Call Handling go on at the same time! You cannot separate the 2!!!

A)What did you choose from the "Installation Type" drop down menu?
B)What architecture did you choose from the call server drop down list? Alize, A4400, Appliance Server or Blade Server?
C)What do you get when you boot the server?

Thanks for your attention,

A. the "Installation Type" is "standar installation"
B. the architecture is "appliance server"
C. I do not know how to make the appliance server boot from the ethernet and can start loading the software,
