I think that you must be kidding man, it's not your system and not your license file to remove it!

Well...after reading this topic (can't believe freedom suggested such thing) where ethics seems to be vanished, I wouldn't delete it, as hacks, information is there and servers both sides, attackers and defenders.
Customers and consult/auditory people can access and see the possible flaws.
Solution? Take control of your PBX, have a backup, an emergency procedure to restore all.

Rescue the good part from the bad one ;)

AlcatelUnleashed is a free board, whether you like the topics or not.
This one for example is certainly not one of my favorites. You don't need to answer.

My point of view is that the customer BOUGHT the system, so they have the right to have it up and running if they chose to.
Shutting down a system because they do not pay for your service is like your car insurance company removing the battery from your car so you can't start it, even though you paid off your car.

No matter what the country is, this is not a correct ethic.

my point of view is the client has to have a recent backup(what ever the machine or aplication is ),ops files and licenses and authorization to manage the system.

So you give the clearpass to make changes, add on on to the system , restore and so on.(And just after you dont support him)

And this action of shutting down the system could be a Law issue if someone looses mooney or even lifes ...
So prepare to have a good lawyer :P cause there are logs in many places in the system and they could sent you in Court...
