Hi everybody,
these posts were very thin.
I'm in this situation, i have the phone in noe mode and i can put it in industry mode for launch via telnet "appl mode SIP"(after press 123i button), then it start to search this binary files:

Then I should put on Asterisk tftp the file(see the attachments - language italian):

sipconfig.txt

sipconfig-mac.txt

sipconfig-MAC.txt

Now I have convert the noe 8038 to SIP, but the tftp config dowload fail, it take the DHCP ip but don'ìt contact the server
Is the procedure correct or do I miss something?

Ps. Reinoud or cavagnaro please, give me feedback

The user Vad suggested me to search this files on /usr2/downbin folder on customer OXE for make the conversion procedure successful.
Then I should put on Asterisk tftp the file(see the attachments - language italian):

for provisioning the phone, are they correct for my model?.
Is the procedure correct or do I miss something?

I guess you replace the MAC word by your actual phone Mac address, right?

What?
No, now my deskphone 8038 is SIP but in the start up boot fail the search tftp.
I config the tftp on dhcp server but ignore it and the tcpdump not display what is doing.

Which dhcp server you are using? Which guide and options did you configured?

? What? You must configure a DHCP server as indicated as documentation and there specify your TFTP address. You can't come with your own ideas...please follow documentation and search the forum for initial steps.
