All IEs, including DISPLAY, FACILITY etc specifications , based on Q.931 are Layer 3 of OSI/ISO model.
Looks like this gateway is not capable of CNIP transmission over Voip/TDM.
Anyway the question remains how it manages to translate Calling name into UUS?
