OXE R9.0 TECHNICAL ALERT - WARNING on H1.301.38, H1.301.39 and H1.301.40 if OTCC SE

Post by bigmac »

Has anyone applied the fix below, anything to watch out for?

When using CCD on H1.301.38, H1.301.39 and H1.301.40, a lot of backtraces are generated and lead to saturate the CPU, which reboots. The Stand-By reboots as well few seconds later.
The hot fix is attached.
The hotfix MAOGENT is compliant with H1.301.38, H1.301.38.c, H1.301.39, H1.301.40 and with the other dynamic tel patch and the procedure.
A complete shutdown of both CPU in same time is mandatory.

Hi bigmac. I installed h1.301.38 and the hotfix, I never face this problem. However I have an other problem: one way communication for agents in CC-SE and using analog sets. It is not a very good release, try to upgrade to R9.1 (of course you need to buy the licences). Regards
