But between incident 1663 and 2077 I had a ION error.

I think that the cp went down because of a problem with the internal ion. I replaced the cpu and after that everything was fine.

Could be a dimensioning issue. Check your OPS. The issue is 99% not related to your CPU hardware.
And the ION error is the result, not the reason I thnik.
Have you checked the exceptions (excvisu)?
