Alcatel Lucent UA Noe Fuzzer

UA Noe fuzzer is a script coming from the fusion of several scripts that i developped for IP Convergence 2008 and Infosecurity 2008. I was lucky enough to have the new Thales MSG device in my lab (code name TEOZ), and want something to make a real demo of this solution possibilities.

Here are the functionnalities that you will find in unf today:
- The UA NOE syntax is just full chaos, either same value or random
- The UA NOE header is correct but the next bits are chaos, either same value or random
- Correct UA Noe syntax but the IP Phone is not registered (call flooder).

Note 1: It could also be as efficient to test Checkpoint VPN1 plugin and ALU brick firewall.
Note 2: it may be consider as a way to verify how the OXE is able to handle uncorrect flow of UA Noe signaling.
