Call log from non answered Calls on total Busy?

Go ahead, shoot for the feature requests, and if anyone knows the solution, they will share it with you. If there is a lot of people who request something, I will make a marketing request directly with Alcatel. A good idea would be to create a poll with each request. Alcatel-Lucent is aware of this forum.

Call log from non answered Calls on total Busy?

Hello,

does someone know how to have an Call log from non answered Calls on total Busy?
I know the call log when i have "busy camp on " aktive. But i will have an call log on total Busy.

I konw that this feature is possible with IP Phone an an Applicaton from systel, but my Customer have only UA Phone.

I hope you can help me

it´s not possible inside the system, only with external cti software
