Voice Services
•Provide implementation services for clients including key systems, pbx systems, voice mail systems, unified messaging, collaboration, voice over IP, carrier coordination, etc.
•Provide move/add/change services for clients including key systems, pbx systems, voice mail systems, unified messaging, collaboration, voice over IP, carrier coordination, etc.
•Provide break/fix services for clients including key systems, pbx systems, voice mail systems, unified messaging, collaboration, voice over IP, carrier coordination, etc.
•Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise experience would be a plus.

Lab Maintenance
•Helps set up and maintain area for use by all team members.

Help Desk Administration
•Update all assigned trouble calls/emails via CRM system.
•Interacts with clients to resolve issues; communicates with clients in a professional manner maintaining confidentiality.
•Provides responses to clients in a timely manner.
Internal Systems – Backup Position
•Assists in supporting corporate telephony applications; telephony and collaboration servers, user desktops, etc.
•Assists with basic troubleshooting, backup, and archiving.
•Helps install and improve computer software and telephony equipment.

New Hire Administration – Backup Position
•Creates telephone and unified messaging accounts for new users.
•Sets up telephones for new users and ensures delivery of equipment to users in different locations if necessary.
•Updates company phone lists directory address books.

Asset Management – Backup Position
•Assists with the inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT supplies.
•Assists with the purchase of software, hardware and other IT supplies.
•Promotes responsible usage and care of corporate equipment.
