NETWORK RESIDENT ENGINEER
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 2-3 year contract
Resident Engineer Role Description

The Resident Engineer (RE) provides onsite expertise on ALU Network solutions to a specific customer, adding value to the day-to-day operations of the customer environment, safeguarding the value of the customer’s solution by sustaining its full functionality and its benefit to the enterprise. The RE helps customers by reinforcing the performance of their network, ensuring smooth daily operations, and the stability needed for return on investment and permanence of the advantages offered by the solution.

Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree(s) plus but not required
· Five years or more of technical support or professional services experience with organization selling enterprise grade network solutions
· Configuration and installation of Alcatel-Lucent OmniSwitch and OmniAccess Wireless products is preferred
