Key Skills:
OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) or Alcatel OTEC experience
Strong networking experience (SIP and IP)
Strong VoIP and Telephony experience
Strong communication ability - able to translate customer call flow requirements into technical detail and outcomes and vice versa.
Intermediate VMware experience
Intermediate routing experience (mikrotik, cisco etc)
Intermediate cloud PBX/UC experience
Desirable Skills:
Alcatel OmniPCX Office (OXO) experience is highly advantageous
Alcatel OmniVista 8770 Software experience is highly advantageous
Experience working with AudioCodes Session Boarder Controllers (SBC) or from any other vendors is highly desirable
Project management/delivery experience
Able to Work with users/IT teams to troubleshoot and solve operational issues
Develop supporting documentation including requirement specifications
VOIP monitor experience
Applicants with other PBX system knowledge such as Avaya, Mitel, shoretel, asterisk, 3cx etc are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
Level 3 support for VOIP and Cloud IP PABX services
Supervise and support Level 2 and Level 1 support
Voice services architecture and design
Support the software development team to automate the service provisioning and service assurance for voice services
Develop migration plans from stand-alone PBX to PBX over the cloud
Develop, maintain and operate the existing PBX systems
Work with product development
