Looking for remote support to get OMC 900 17.1a connected from my computer to our phone server. Basically, I cannot link via OMC to our Alcatel system. I start OMC, click OK connect to PCX, click OK LAN/WAN with IP of our phone server and OMC just closes on my computer. Need someone to remote in on my local computer to try to resolve this.
