Exportar y enviar por mail

Tengo mi version 19.2.1 pero el problema es que cuando le doy export a la oferta, no se ejecuta el proceso para enviar por correo el archivo, tengo que llevar el archivo desde la carpeta de offers para el e-mail y poder enviarlo, ya re-instale la version y tampoco funciono.

Si esperas que alguien te responda en español te va a tomar buen tiempo. En un foro 100% inglés porque no te tomas el trabajo al menos de traducir tu pregunta?
