Official comunication of Alcatel IT Team about it:
http://conversation-app.alcatel-lucent. ... 53e06bf6b0

Business Portal access: Read this alert before upgrading your Chrome or Firefox browsers
Dear Partners,
Google released version 45 of its Chrome browser on September 3, 2015.
We would like to warn you that the login to some of our business applications, including the Business Portal, is not possible anymore with this new version of Chrome, as it is the case with Firefox V37 and higher.
Why?
The POODLE Vulnerability (October 2014) has forced Google and Mozilla to increase the security of their browsers by preventing the use of SSLv3, TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 protocols. Unfortunately, some parts of our IT infrastructure can’t be upgraded fast enough and are not compatible anymore with these new browser versions.
Which applications are impacted?
• The Business Portal → The authentication infrastructure is not compatible. However, the application infrastructure itself *is* compatible.
• e-Buy → Its infrastructure is not compatible.
• eService Request → Its authentication infrastructure is not compatible.
Which browsers are concerned?
The following browsers are no longer compatible with the applications listed above:
• Chrome V45
• Firefox V37 and higher
What to do?
Our applications continue to work with Internet Explorer, Safari and Opera.
But for Chrome and Firefox, please apply the following guidelines:
• For Chrome V45:
No workaround has been found as of now! If you can, do not install the latest version and keep version 44.
• For Firefox V37 and higher:
A workaround exists which consists of changing the “security.tls.version.fallback-limit” setting. Please follow the process below:
1. Open Firefox
2. In location bar, type about:config and press ENTER

3. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear. Click “I'll be careful, I promise!” to continue to the about:config page
4. Search the configuration setting “security.tls.version.fallback-limit” (you can type “fallback-limit” in the search field)

5. Double click on the “security.tls.version.fallback-limit” setting
6. Change the value to 1 (set to 3 by default)
7. Click ‘OK’
8. Restart Firefox
9. You should be able to log in and access our application
After implementing this workaround, you will be ready to browse on Firefox again.
Feel free to contact the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Support Center for any further information you may need.
Best Regards,
IS/IT Team
