Hello All;
I am replacing a "MIXED" card with "SLI-16". I ejected MiXED card and inserted SLI16-1 and It was detected by the Cabinet easily. I do have some cards that are SLI16-2 but when i insert this, it is not detected by the system. My Software version is 3EH30382ARAA ALZPK610/007.004. Is it due to version of the software and do i need to update the OMC software to detect this SLI16-2 card or is it not compatible with my OXO. I want to replace the card because of faulty ports.

Upgrade the software to the latest R6. R610_007.004 can't recognize SLI16-2.

Thank you Enio.eltz for the reply. If you can please help more then What are precautions of the upgrade? What step should i take to remain on safe side if something goes wrong?
