I have a case where system incidents are showing the message below, and I could not identify its meaning
It happens in a system with around 1000 IP phones, and this incident happens all the time.
Do you anyone knows what is the meaning and probable cause ?

I have the same problem on the stdby cpu, Could it be faulty, it comes back after a mastercopy.
