Dial tone changed automatically

We use OXE R9.1. Yesterday dial tone changed automatically and no incident is registered or alarm is triggered. Now dial tone sounds like low intensity buzz noise added with dial tone (basic tone 22). All the remaining functionalities like speech and ring are working fine without any noise. I tried to resetting the boards, restarting the server and deleting and creating tone 19. But nothing worked out as of now. Please assist. Thanks.
