Moxa Process gets hanged

Hello Everyone,
Hope all of you are doing well.I request for the precious inputs from all of you please.So that I can get rid of the problem.

Issue: i have Oxe with Appliance server release 11.1, with V24 MOXA Box used between the OXE and the PMS OPERA.Every thing works perfect but after some times the charging and the room status change srtings stops coming from OXE.Room check ins work normal during this issue.
To get rid of this issue I restart the process of MOXA with the following commands:

dhs3_init -R V24_CONFIG

Everything starts working normal after this command.But after some time like 1 day or 10 hrs.The same issue occurs again.

Please suggest some solutions or troubleshooting steps

I have changed the MOXA box serial and lan cable.Have also changed the Moxa Box but issue still persists.

Please suggest and help

I have also crossed verified the configurations of MOXa box and v24 port according to the documentations.But issue still persists
