Backup of customer data

Recently the HDD on the CPU (CPU-4) failed a restore was completed however it failed to restore all of the AA messages (I thought the backup process included them) when completing the read all from PCX there is the customer data option however it is greyed out (I believe that this is what I need to select) I am using OMC 800 .22.1a software to access the system however.

Can anyone advise if there is a way to do a backup which includes all of the AA recordings??
