MOH internal bad quality external ok

Hi all,

i have a problem with MOH on an OXE R11.2.
if i confiurate MOH over an analog port or with audiostation i get only for external a good music quality.
if we use MOH for internal calls the quality is very bad.

in ip domain i have configurated "without compression"

any ideas?

Crystal or common hardware?
Users - digital/analogue, IP Touch, SIP...?
External line and VG board in the same shelf?

PMX in the same shelf as the GD and the analog port

is it possible to dectivate noice cancelling in the IP touch phones?

You have no problem with MOH for external caller (I think) - because used only TDM.
For internal calls - used IP, encryption.. Not easy to say where problem.
For usual internal calls - do you have problem with voice?
For MOH - you have problem in hands free mode or in handset too?

Really used codec for internal calls - G711?
VAD - used or not?
