Incident in OXE Crystal (Multi Act connect using INTOF2 Link

hi all
i have crystal hardware consist of 4 ACT-28 shelfs
i have 2 appliance server IBM
the signaling over IOIP boards
the connection between shelfs over INTOF2 boards
OXE R9.0
i have these repeated incidents which case shelfs be lost randomly

Synchro issue on INTOF Lines. Maybe bad cable or cable length.
