SW loaded in dhs3mgr folder - f.e. folder M1403 (core), M140315 (patch)
In PC Installer - download method - A4400
In com port enter:
TEL version m140315.xx (xx - your country code, in my case ru - Russia)
"Enter" for next field except
New loaded file %95.0 (95.0 just for example - you need enter folder name from /dhs3mgr/m1403/pcmao/boot_res/bootp/Linux/..)

with release 12 there is a new bios for CPU7-2. You need the new bios file, put it on the old release, reboot, the the cpu7-2 gets flashed, and then you can install the new release...
