Dual dial tone when dial out on GSM

hello all,

I am currently facing an issue on my OXE. R9.1 when dialling out to mobile number via a GSM analogue trunk connected to my APA card.
Dialling in is ok. Dialling out with prefix "9" + destination number, i normally get the several beeps then dial tone of GSM comes after. I dial again the destination number without the prefix "9" my calls goes through. This issue began when the old GSM was replaced with the new "Bluegate analogue brave GSM" unit. My ARS is OK.

When I connect analogue phone to GSM and dial IN/OUT ok. Only when installed on APA card the issue of dialling out happens. I run INCVISU and I get incident number 3769.
