How can i modifie the keepalives which are sending from CS to CRYSTAL to minimize this action?. For example, when it has losed 6 pings between the mediagatgeway's GD board with OXE call server the GD reboots and then reset the phones.

i would like increase the keepalive. Can i help me?.

Contact ALU support. The modification of UDP lost and UDP lost reinit timers are done under their supervision as they can impact the way the system works and it must be done depending on your environment.

I would say that you can change the timers by yourself actually.
Try the timers under IP / IP Quality of service COS /
You will have a list of UDP timers there. That might help !

I have changed the parameter UDP lost to 30 (until UDP lost=7).

Now, i'm seeing its behavior after changes...
