Showing Wrong number when do the outside call !!!!

Hi

Greetings ,

Anyone can tell me that i cannot able to make outside call from alcatel PBX even the incoming also ,

I check the PRA State using " trkstat 2 6 " it showing IN SERVICE ..

Really i don't know what i can do the next step to find out the PRA line ..

t3 C=2 c=6 is the way to got call trace? plse past the output

the t3 trace is for incoming what 's Num : 44451555 &44451565? extensions or installation number +ddi
are you using public ddi ? if yes is there ddi rules managed according to the npd (as cav said)
