INTIP3 board is not booting up.

Hi all,

I am using INTIP3 board in ACT28 shelf as INTP3A & INTIP3B. The board was working fine & become out of service, i checked it by console and
i am getting the status as attached here.

Even CPU & BSY LED is not lighting up when the board is plugged in.

If the BOOTstrap is corrupted what is the procedure to load binaries?
