I don't know if it works for DECT phones, but maybe the "listerm" command on the console ?

No, it doesn't.
And "listout" doesn't work either on DECT phones

if you create dect phone set type GAP+. you can see your dect phone status
dect phone status command dectsets
if your dectphone out of service you see its dereigester
dect phone status command dectsets
if your dectphone out of service you see its dereigester
