Dect telephone issues

i have 2 pieces Alcatel 4400 PBX and they have network connection each other.
One of them the dect system works but the other doesnt work.System doesnt accept dect telephone.
I want to ask you something,how can i set roaming on dect telephone?

Management example:
Node 1
PARI 1000040070
PLI 27
User DECT 2000 (Network rights=true, must be set before registration).
Node 2
PARI 1000040074
User (shell for roaming) 3000 set type=4074/shell. User/DECT sets - Shell=true.

If you have management like this - roaming will works.

How you can find problem:
- if set (on Node 2) not show radio level - wrong PARI/PLI.
- if show but not registered - absent "network number prefix 2000" (node 2).
- if registered, can be called (node 2) when dialed 3000 (and not called 2000) - absent "network number prefix 3000" (node 1).

I can call dial to 2000 from 3000.But the problem is still continuous.
