Ive check every DECT base station and all are in good condition. We've perform series of test with the hand-over regarding to its "Signal",Ive found out that there is 3 seconds signal-off and then signal will recover after. On that process,we've perform series of calls on that area,our conversation suddenly cut-off due to that signal hand-over from base station to another base station.thanks.

You have a synchro problem on your system. Check system documentation regarding DECT system and synchro.

At Radio Coverage synchro domain A border (limit –90/-100 dBm) add 100 m distance to the Radio Coverage synchro domain B border...
This is necessary. If it's not okay for your site you have to switch off/on the phone. Normal behavior / bad design.

For a general sync issue you can use dectview syncibs command to check the IBS synchronization.

A third point is: Do a dectview com in a loop and check the result for traffic peaks which are not normal and which could indicate synchro problems.
