DECT Solution Design

Hi colleagues ..
I'm designing DECT solution in order purchase one , the area covered is large , Attached .
the system i have at the site is Crystal R11 (M2) , i have sites that are located beyond 1 Km , for those sites can i have remote shelves with DECT boards (common hardware or wall mount Crystal hub - i remember such solution ) , my concern is to overcome the distance barrier , am used to legacy DECT phones ( circuit switching ) , now there is IP-DECT , is it better to have IP _DECT and for IBS at far distance can they be fixed by IP link , sorry i know thats Presales issues but we don't have one ...
