unable to register a new mobile phone

good morning,
after calling the command dectinston xx, I get immediately the message installation failed. it's not possible to register a mobile phone.
any idea?

yes, all dect base are in service

Can you show us a screen shot of the error when you put in dectinston xxxx being extn number??
