Incoming Alarms are not detected in DECT 500 (IP dect)

I have alarm server configured with OXE R11.2 (l2 300 25 c) in IP DECT environment.

Incoming emergency alarms "C~" to the DECT 500 is not detected in the phone firmware . This message is detected DECT 8242 firmware properly.

Please help me out

IP dect DAP configuration version is R6.00.0010
DECT 500 Fw 10.84

Hello,

Please check in the DECT set:
settings -> Security -> Alarm settings -> Alarm server -> server settings
if Urgent Alarm "C~"is managed

Also check in the DECT set:
settings -> Security -> Alarm settings if it is set to Off.
If it is set to Off, change to "Force ringing is set to "Ring".
