ABC Dect mobility problem

I have two node(n1,n2)link as ABC ipvpn. The ABC function is working well except the dect mobility.
n1: OXE R11.0 k1400 30 f /IBS , dect user handset type: Dect 8232. (for example num. 183401)
n2: OXE R11.1 l1301 23 i /IBS , dect user handset type: Dect 8232. (for example num. 4999997)

All the n1 dect users working well on both n1 and n2, but all n2 dect users can only work on n2.

On n1 node,the n2 dect user can dial out internal or external call, but the communication can't be seted up.
The called party will be ring but can't pickup the call, the n2 dect user will be ring but can't answer any incoming call also.

See from n1 mgr as attached file below. The A1899995 is a shell user created on n1.

Is the n1 version can not be compliant with the dect 8232 type?

Please help me to soult the problem.

As i updated the node 1 patch file from k1400 30f to k140037, then the problem solved. Thanks to Mr. Simpson CHANG for helping me to solve this problem.
