configure 8340 with telnet (need default login::pwd)

Hello,

Im using 8340 smart IP-DECT access point with DAP Manager, and one of the terminal isn't upgrading its firmware from the tftp like the others. I'm trying to see if something is wrong with its configuration, does anyone know where to find cli and default password for this model? I can open a telnet connection but its asking for a user and password...
