Re: Block an incoming call from particular DID
Add teleservice as Other
You can define speed dials like A1234 if you want.

Re: Block an incoming call from particular DID
Bumping an old thread. I still cannot get this to work. Anyone have any documentation, or an example?
If I create a speed dial first, when I build in Called Filter Number I get MCDu already exists. If I build in Called Filter Number I get the same error in Speed Dial.
This is confusing, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Re: Block an incoming call from particular DID
in system doc - caller / called filtering.
F.e. we whant to manage selective filtering when external user 1234567 dial 1000 (incoming called number).
incoming DID - ext numb 1000= internal number 1000 (1000 - not the real user).
translator / called filtered number (create) 1000, entity 1.
translator / called / teleservice filtering - ISDN teleservice (phone, fax, may be other), index 1, overflow dir number 2000. (when some external users call 1000 - will ring 2000).
External callback translator (f.e. we receive calling number 1XXXXXX) 1-0-9 (9 TG seizure prefix).
in SD by range - create:
number A1234567 (any free number)
call number 91234567 (prefix used in External callback translator and calling number after External callback translator)
SD by range/ A1234567/ caller number filtering - filtering index 1, routing number 3000.
In this case when someone call 1000 - goto filtered number 1000 (calling number absent in SD) - 2000 ring.
1234567 call 1000 - filtered number 1000 - filtering index 1 - 1234567 present in SD by range/ filtering index 1, routing number 3000 - 3000 ring.

Re: Block an incoming call from particular DID
I cannot seem to get this to work. If I build the speed dial, I get an error when I build it in the Call Filter, MCDU already exists. If I delete everything and rebuild in the Call Filter first I get an error when I try to create in Speed Dial.
Also I need to do this for an existing user and want them to recieve calls from every other number in the world except for one.
If anyone can build this and show me step by step the configuration I would really appreciate it. I have tried to create as instructed with unused numbers and cannot do it that way either.
Thanks

Re: Block an incoming call from particular DID
ok - you have user 1000 (exist). If you need to manage caller / called filtering:
- change DID rules - route calls to number 2000 (2000 - free number in internal numbering plan) instead of 1000.
- translator / called filtered number - create 2000 (index 1 and overflow number 1000). From this point user 1000 will receive incoming calls.
- create in SD by range - abbreviated number 0 (1,2 , ... 99 ...) - depends of range size and using, call number 9+1234567 (if 9 prefix from ext. callback translation and 1234567 - external number for filter).
- SD by range/ 0/ caller number filtering - filtering index 1, routing number 3000
Incoming calls from any - ring 1000
Incoming calls from 1234567 - ring 3000

Re: Block an incoming call from particular DID
hello
is there any way to block incoming calls without CLID that arrives to the specific extension?
Thanks,

Re: Block an incoming call from particular DID
further to filtered incoming call we can use ISDN key on your extension keys.it is simple.follow this feature on DOC.
Re: Block an incoming call from particular DID
the problem is that extension is analog (fax)
Re: Block an incoming call from particular DID
this fax is received many advertisements docs, from numbers without identity and eat a lot of paper
