Block an incoming call from particular DID

I have searched this post http://old.alcatelunleashed.com/viewtop ... ming#p9608
and looked at R9.0 documentation but I cannot figure out how to block incoming calls from a particular DID.

I want calls from 123 456 7890 to go to VM announcement, stating the call cannot be completed as dialed.

Can anyone give me a hand please.

Found that, but it might as well be in Japanese. I am having any issue creating the Caller Number Filtering within the speed dial range.

The to be filtered caller number 123 456 7890 has to be managed in speed dial area:

Consult/Modify: Abbreviated Number
Range Number : 1
Abbreviated No. : 00
Call Number : 0123 456 7890

Go down
Consult/Modify: Caller Number Filtering
Range Number : 1
Abbreviated No. : 00
Filtering index : 1
Routing Number : 1000 <- your target DN

OK here is what I am doing.
Translator => Filtered Called Number => Create
Directory Number: A2345
Entity: 10
Public Rerouting: False
Then in Teleservice filtering
Directory Number A2345
ISDN Teleservice + Phone
Status + Day
Filtering Index: 0
Overflow Directory Number: 22825
This is as far as I can get, from here I have tried 50 different things in the speed/abbreviated dialing are only to be met with object instance errors.
Can anyone help me along further?

First of all the caller has to dial the A2345 via the DDI Translator.
The other management looks okay if you need NO filter for the caller. Is entity 10 in day?
But you wanna filter the caller - so you have to manage the abbreviated number for filtering index 0 as described by me some posts before.

you can give another COS and disable everything on it.I did it for one of my site when external caller dial 84842000(direct manager extension 2000)hears busy tone.you can block all of incoming call on cos.i hope it be useful.
